Pilates is for every body!

Beginner Series:

This is a class for the new Pilates client who has never taken any Pilates instruction on Pilates equipment. The client will attend any two of the scheduled Beginner classes each week for four weeks. You will be given an introduction to Joseph Pilates, his history, the six principles of Pilates as well as the apparatuses used in all classes. Upon completion of this series, you will have the knowledge and confidence to take any of our Pilates classes. This is a pre-paid series. The series may be booked online or by calling the studio at 843.715.4545. This series is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable.

Equipment Classes:

You must have prior experience on Pilates equipment to sign up for any equipment class. All Equipment Classes require a prior pre-paid reservation either by booking online or calling the studio at 843.715.4545.

Duet Sessions:

A Duet Session is for the client who wants to work out with a partner. If you do not have a partner the studio will be happy to assist you with finding one. Please inform the studio prior to your session if you have not had prior Pilates equipment experience. All bookings will be confirmed by email.

Private Sessions:

This is a 55 minute session one-on-one with a trainer.  Please inform the studio prior to your session if you have not had prior Pilates equipment experience. All bookings will be confirmed by email.

Special Instructions: In response to COVID-19, all new clients must make an appointment with the studio before purchasing a package or reserving a class. Wear comfortable clothing but not too loose. You may wear “grippy” socks or be barefooted. Shoes are not allowed beyond the waiting area. Please bring your own water bottle. We have cold water to fill it, if needed.
